Michalina Koligot graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She wrote her master’s thesis in the Department of Criminal Law on the subject of cybercrime – a foundation that shaped her analytical approach to cases involving technical assessment of evidence, including electronic materials and records from speed enforcement systems. She began building her professional experience while still a student, working in Poznań law firms and developing her interest in criminal and compensation law.
Her practice focuses on comprehensive legal support for drivers, with particular emphasis on representing those injured in road accidents. The firm regularly handles claims for damages and compensation following road incidents – both against at-fault drivers and insurance companies.
